How it works
The picker follows the ICC's Incoterms 2020 rules. Where your responsibility ends decides the family of rules; how the goods travel separates the sea-only rules (FOB, CFR, CIF) from the any-mode ones (FCA, CPT, CIP); and insurance, unloading and import duty decide the exact rule.
Incoterms decide delivery, costs and risk, not when ownership passes or how you get paid. Those belong in your sales contract and payment terms. For anything unusual, check the full ICC rules or ask your freight forwarder.
